I can't believe it. It actually can be done. I thought pumpkins were just for decoration. You can tell how much I don't know about making pumpkin pie. Update-- I got really sick for a few days. I had all the signs of meningitis (except for the infection)so the doctor put me in the hospital until I got better. It was about 3 days until I could hold up my head. I am doing well now.
that pie looks so good yeah the other week Mike and I smashed some pumpkins and made pumpkin soup I also froze some of the pumpkin meat for later. that pie looks so good right now I could eat it. too bad we are too far away! btw was it you guys that called yourselves the Alkemisers on our blog?

Wow...what a surprise. Pumpkin pie really can be made from pumpkin. Who knew? I guess Ryan did. Way to go. Looks great.
ok so was it really good?! I can't believe it turned out! I wish we could've been there to taste some! Sadie is oh so cute!
