Arizona State Fair

We thought it would be fun to go to the state fair one Saturday in September. We didn't realize how hot it would be, so we mostly stayed indoors or in the shade. The kids still had a blast. We visited the animals:

There was an area where we could go inside the caged area to pet the animals.

Brooklyn insisted on 'loving' every animal. This meant she got up close and personal.

The tiny piglets were probably my favorite.

They also had a fun exhibit with animated dinosaurs.
