I saw this dragon fruit at the store and had to try it. I am pretty sure I have never seen one before and so I thought it would be fun to see what it is like.
This is the inside of it. It is white with seeds similar to a kiwi. I wasn't a huge fan of the taste but Ryan and Sadie loved it. I do wonder if it was ripe or not since I have no idea how to choose the "best" dragon fruit.
It was also my Dad's birthday in February and I made him this cake. He is such a fun grandpa and great dad. Love you!
